Report a problem in MeetCap

Right-click the MeetCap icon in the menu bar and choose Report a Problem, or choose it from the Help menu. No GitHub account needed. Your report includes diagnostics to help us find the cause. They never include meeting content, and you can review them before you send.

Before you report a problem

  • Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ. The answer may already be there.
  • If MeetCap is installed, run meetcap doctor in Terminal and paste everything it prints into the form.
  • Anything you post on GitHub is public, so don’t attach recordings or paste transcripts, minutes, or anything said in a meeting.
