About us

All ears. All yours.

Recently I gave AI training to three senior executives, one at a time. When we got to what AI could do for them, all three named the same thing: meetings.

But they all had Teams, which already records calls. So I asked what was missing. In-person meetings, for one: nobody records those. And even on a Teams call, when an unfamiliar term comes up, they wanted the background right then, and a proper record afterward to take in at their own pace. There are tools for this, but most charge by the month and send your recordings to someone else’s servers.

I know the feeling. I sit in five or six meetings a day and work with AI every day, and the more I use it, the clearer it gets: AI can only help as much as it knows. Yet the most important things said in meetings mostly go unrecorded, and writing up the minutes can eat half a day.

So I built MeetCap. Online or in the room, click once to record. When an unfamiliar term comes up, the live summary explains it. When the meeting ends, the minutes are ready. Your recordings stay on your computer, it’s free to use there, and every meeting is a file of your own that your AI can read anytime.

I hope it lets you simply listen and speak in your meetings, keep up when the terms are new, and skip the half day of writing minutes. Every word stays yours.

Want to try it? Download MeetCap, then tell me how it goes at mail@seacen.dev or on the Feedback page.
